In December 2021, the Federal Association of Arts and Crafts invited entries for the first time to a nationwide competition to put together a collection of German arts and crafts. Around 80 applications with approx. 250 exhibits from all areas of work were sent in. A jury selected 24 objects from all the entries. In my version, the result is a very elaborate piece, which transfers lines from Goethe’s Faust to the modern world of social media madness. With this year’s exhibition theme “Ars et Ingenium” – based on the Leonardo da Vinci anniversary – the temptation was just too big for me. For this year I have exposed the upcoming exhibition in Kloster Eberbach to be able to make my way to the beautiful city of Florence. Chelsea Old Town Hall is situated right on the King’s Road, and has been a popular venue for design led events for many years.
