For Corona’s sake, the IHM is taking place in summer for the first time this year. So in the evenings we expect sitting in the beer gardens instead of freezing in snow – that’s fine with me. The main thing is that after such a long break, this world meeting of contemporary jewellery design can finally take place and attract all fans, creatives, colleagues and collectors starving for new impressions to find their way again to Munich.

Handwerk & Design presents high craftsmanship, first-class handicrafts and artistic design under one roof. Of great value here is the cooperation with technical colleges, which help to make the link between the areas visible, tangible and experienceable.

Highlights and public favourites are the international special shows EXEMPLA, TALENTE, SCHMUCK and MEISTER DER MODERNE.
