It will be an exciting project, my return to Desire Chelsea this year. It’s the first post-Brexit show in London for me, so of course it will involve a huge amount of work. The paperwork with customs, taxes and payment processing is a real headache, but hopefully still worth the effort. But afterwards we will take stock of whether this will be a one-off attempt or a permanent part of my event tour again.
I am very pleased to have received funding from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia this year. Very helpful to make this exciting venture a success.
DESIRE will take place in the venerable Chelsea Old Town Hall. This is located directly on the King’s Road and has been a popular venue for design-oriented events for years.
This exhibition specifically for contemporary jewellery and gadgetry will once again see an impressive selection of the industry’s best and most creative designers all under one roof.
