A high-grade steel cube rests over an oak stele only held by a thin stick. If the cube is brought out of his balance by a slight manual push, then a most surprising active game starts.
It seems that the cube is trying to plumb the bounds of physics. Turning, tumbling and rotating, the cube "dances" over the resting column. But astonishingly it will always return into the upright
balance position. The movement is made possible by a mechanical link alone and contains no electrical or magnetic components.
